<strong>JCC</strong> <strong>Camp</strong> Rishon School-Age <strong>Camp</strong>s Children entering grades 1–6<br />
Clinics<br />
After-<strong>Camp</strong> Clinics<br />
After-<strong>Camp</strong> Clinics are available two days<br />
a week to give your child a more enriching<br />
after-camp experience. This year we are<br />
offering two fitness programs through the<br />
<strong>JCC</strong> Sports & Fitness Center.<br />
To participate in After-<strong>Camp</strong> Clinics,<br />
campers must be registered for camp<br />
during that particular week. Please indicate<br />
on the registration form whether you need<br />
Late Care on non-clinic days. The cost of<br />
Late Care will be prorated. Please use the<br />
After-<strong>Camp</strong> Clinic registration form and be<br />
sure to complete all waivers.<br />
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays<br />
Time: 4:15 pm<br />
Cost: $10/week for members,<br />
$15/week for non-members<br />
Movin’ & Groovin’<br />
• Week 4: July 17 & July 19<br />
• Week 6: July 31 & August 2<br />
Bring your energy to move and groove to<br />
fun, upbeat music. This class is for all levels.<br />
Comfortable clothes and sneakers are required.<br />
Cardio Hoops<br />
• Week 3: July 10 & July 12<br />
• Week 5: July 24 & July 26<br />
• Week 7: August 7 & August 9<br />
Hoop your way to happiness and health.<br />
A colorful mix of dance, play, games and<br />
movement designed to support physical activity.<br />
This class is for all levels.<br />

The <strong>JCC</strong> pool is a gathering place for our<br />
members and a great place to be when<br />
the weather gets hot. Maximize your<br />
membership by enjoying the pool in the<br />
evenings after work, on the weekends<br />
with family and friends, and complete your<br />
morning workout by swimming some laps.<br />
Incorporating the pool in your personal<br />
training can add a new dimension to your<br />
fitness program. Utilize this great aerobic<br />
opportunity during our lap swimming hours<br />
and make the most of the upcoming pool<br />
season!<br />
Whatever needs the pool may satisfy, we<br />
know it will provide many hours of rewarding<br />
recreation for you and your family. Some<br />
of our aquatics programs that will run<br />
throughout the course of the swimming<br />
season include learn-to-swim lessons, private<br />
and semi-private lessons, swim team, adult<br />
lap swim and children’s pool parties.<br />
