ANY AGE<br />
No matter what you age, you can look<br />
your best if you use the correct skin<br />
care regime. Here’s a simple, condensed<br />
version of the “what to do for the decade<br />
you are in” strategy.<br />
IN YOUR 20s. In the morning use an<br />
exfoliating cleanser and follow it with an<br />
oil free sunscreen. At night use a gentle<br />
cleanser so you don’t strip out too much<br />
oils and follow it with a serum of night<br />
cream to keep your pores clear.<br />
IN YOUR 30s. In the morning use a gentle<br />
cleanser followed by an antioxidant serum<br />
and a sunscreen of at least 30 SPF to<br />
prevent fine lines. In the evening, also<br />
use a gentle cleanser and an exfoliating<br />
treatment such as a retinoid product.<br />
IN YOUR 40s. Use an antioxidant serum<br />
followed by a sunscreen with a hydrating<br />
base and if needed an eye cream, At night,<br />
gently cleanse and then use an exfoliating<br />
product to help with sun damage and<br />
potentially deepening wrinkles.<br />
IN YOUR 50s. Use an antioxidant serum or<br />
cream followed by a hydrating moisturizer<br />
and sunscreen and then an appropriate<br />
eye cream. At night follow the 40 regime.<br />
However you may need one at prescription<br />
strength.<br />
IN YOUR 60s AND BEYOND. Be gentle.<br />
Cleanse, hydrate, firm and do your best<br />
to keep discoloration to a minimum. You<br />
skin may be more sensitive. Reduce the<br />
exfoliating regime and use antioxidant<br />
products to calm your skin.<br />
Love the skin you are in at any age.<br />
