Asian Tigers Transpo Group has promoted<br />

Paul Glew to country manager of<br />

the Asian Tigers Cambodia office. Glew<br />

has worked with the Asian Tigers Thailand<br />

sales team for the past three years.<br />

In addition, Jed Hansen has joined<br />

the company as logistics manager. A Stanford<br />

graduate and professional baseball<br />

player in the United States for more than<br />

13 years, Hansen is married to Annie<br />

Hansen, the daughter of Group Chairman<br />

Bill Reinsch and Deb Reinsch. Annie<br />

Hansen will join the Asian Tigers team in<br />

Thailand on the relocation side.<br />

Marcel Grotz joined Asian Tigers<br />

Thailand as the new European sales<br />

manager. Originally from Germany, Grotz<br />

has several years of experience in the<br />

hotel, event management, and removals<br />

industries. He has lived in Thailand for<br />

the past 13 years and recently managed<br />

the household goods moving division of<br />

Schenkers.<br />

Completing the staff changes, David<br />

De Vos has been promoted to sales manager<br />

of Asian Tigers Thailand. De Vos has<br />

had an extensive career in the industry,<br />

and worked in sales for Asian Tigers Hanoi<br />

from 1996 to 1999 before serving as<br />

general manager from 1999 to 2001.<br />

After a brief stint with Asian Tigers<br />

Hong Kong in 2001, De Vos worked for<br />

Grospiron in Paris from 2001 to 2003. He<br />

returned to the European sales manager’s<br />

position in Thailand in 2004.<br />

Asian Tigers has named Dan Tattersfield<br />

its new country manager for Taiwan.<br />

He succeeds Scott McMullin, who now<br />

works with the company’s Hong Kong<br />

office. Tattersfield has been in Taiwan for<br />

more than 20 years, speaks fluent Chinese,<br />

and is very experienced in Taiwan’s customer<br />

service industry.<br />

Prior to joining Asian Tigers, Tattersfield<br />

ran his own educational services<br />

business and was vice president of a large<br />

international company providing education<br />

and travel services. He joined Asian<br />

Tigers Taiwan last October.<br />

Asian Tigers China has named Stephane<br />

Camguilhem as its manager in Beijing.<br />

Camguilhem is well known internationally<br />

in the relocation and moving industry,<br />

having worked previously in France and<br />

in Asia.<br />

Santa Fe Relocation Services has announced<br />

the promotion of Titania Ng to<br />

group general manager–operations. In her<br />

new role, from her base in Hong Kong,<br />

she will strategically drive solutions for<br />

training needs to support the company’s<br />

regional offices and ensure consistency in<br />

delivering quality service throughout the<br />

system.<br />

Before joining Santa Fe, Ng held<br />

various key positions, including running<br />

the operation of a sizable customer service<br />

center, where she provided training as well<br />

as continuous development to staff members<br />

serving customers at the front end.<br />

Santa Fe also announced the promotion<br />

of Richard Hooker to group account<br />

manager. He will work from Singapore,<br />

where he has headed the Relocation Services<br />

Department for the past four years.<br />

He is tasked with driving customer satisfaction<br />

and ensuring efficiency throughout<br />

the company’s regional offices.<br />

Prior to joining Santa Fe, Hooker<br />

held various international positions in the<br />

industry in both the UK and Asia. This,<br />

coupled with his firsthand experience as<br />

an expatriate since childhood, has provided<br />

him with a wealth of experience and<br />

understanding of relocation needs on a<br />

regional level, the company noted.<br />

John Mason International has appointed<br />

two new directors. Noel Briscoe has been<br />

named international director and Stewart<br />

Gauntlett is the business development<br />

director. Bob Clarke continues his role<br />

as managing director and Cris O’Hara as
