Dec <strong>and</strong> Jan are combined into<br />
a single issue; July <strong>and</strong> Aug are<br />
combined into a single issue.<br />
Editorial deadlines are the 10th of<br />
the month prior to issue month.<br />
Example: May 2013 issue editorial<br />
deadline is April 10th.<br />
NOTE: one exception - the Sept<br />
issue editorial deadline is Aug 1st.<br />
Sept issues are distributed earlier.<br />
