• Tommy Ryan Memorial Golf
Tournament - was a great success
thanks to the hard work of the
committee and strong support
from a wide variety of groups
including AOH, LAOH, INA,
I2K, local politicians & friends. A
good time was had by all. We
look forward to 2006 and hope to
have an even larger turn out.

CDIAA Dart League
CDIAA is starting up a dart league and is
looking for members. Our first meeting to
discuss its format will be August 25 th @
7pm at the Hall. The league will begin
play on Monday, 9/12. For more

9/11 Memorial BBQ
Sunday 9/11/05 5 to 9. Memorial
gathering in honor of those who lost their
lives to terrorism, and to those men and
women who serve to protect our way of
life. Special guest Frank Jacklitch. Food

- LAOH Division is preparing & serving
meals for the “Paul Collins Luncheons” &
“Senior Member Luncheons” every 1st
Thursday of the month. Anyone available
to volunteer between 10:00am and
2:00pm should contact Ceil Leonard.
They have been doing a wonderful job.
- 11/5 - NYS LAOH Board Meeting
8:30am, followed by general meeting at
9:00, Holiday Inn $89.
- Regular LAOH division meetings will
resume on 9/14.
AOH NEWS
-2005 will mark the year that we return to
the tradition of honoring our Hibernian of
the Year at our Division installation on
the first Saturday in December. There will
be a meeting of all of the past Hibernians
of the year following our October meeting
to choose this year's recipient. The
successful recipient of this prestigious
award is the Hibernian who has done the
most over the past year to promote the
causes and values of the Ancie nt Order of
Hibernians. If any member would like to
suggest a name for consideration please
speak with the chairman of this year's
committee, our 2004 Hibernian of the
Year Willy O'Leary.
-Freedom For All Ireland is pleased to
announce that this years Fr. Murphy
Award will be presented to AOH National
FFAI Director Brendan Moore at the
Christmas Appeal Concert on 11/12 /05 at
8:00 PM. We are looking forward to this
year's fund raising which will begin in
September with the $10 club. We will be
announcing a special guest performer

Tim Murphy, AOH member, passed away
on August 5. He will be greatly missed
by many!!
