Lophocolea (Dumort.) Dumort. In this checklist, species <strong>of</strong> Lophocolea are assigned to<br />
Chiloscyphus in line with recent molecular studies (He-Nygren & Piippo 2003, Hentschel et al.<br />
(2006). However, this assignment is not universally accepted, and <strong>the</strong>re may be a case for<br />
retaining Lophocolea as a distinct genus (Crandall-Stotler et al. 2008).<br />
