To meet the mission and to continue to move towards the<br />
vision, the Board of Directors has established the following<br />
strategic objectives:<br />
S T R AT E G I C O B j E C T I V E S<br />
• Expand and improve programs and services to meet<br />
future needs and to create a long-term and lasting<br />
difference in the lives of families affected by abuse.<br />
• Ensure shelter, client meeting spaces and office areas<br />
are sufficient to meet the growing demand for services.<br />
• Expand community outreach and prevention efforts.<br />
• Determine outcome measurement tactics that will<br />
measure the agency’s effectiveness and performance.<br />
• Enhance and expand collaborations with community<br />
partners to meet the needs of domestic abuse victims<br />
and families.<br />
• Maintain a financial secure organization for both<br />
long-term and short-term strategic programming<br />
needs through enhance fund development efforts.<br />
