Starlab Mobile Planetarium<br />
Hosted by 16 different venues across the province, the Starlab<br />
Mobile Planetarium fascinated 5,250 visitors with projected<br />
images of the solar system and various constellations.<br />
GTAA exhibition Program<br />
Travellers to Toronto Pearson International Airport’s Terminal 1<br />
had the opportunity to view museum-quality exhibits organized<br />
by the ROM as part of the ongoing Greater Toronto Airports<br />
Authority (GTAA) Exhibition Program. Let’s Go To The Ex was<br />
developed in collaboration with Canadian National Exhibition<br />
Archives and celebrated this Toronto tradition and the vital role<br />
that “The Ex” has played in Toronto’s history.<br />
Publications<br />
On June 2, <strong>2007</strong>, to coincide with the opening of the Michael<br />
Lee-Chin Crystal, the ROM released the souvenir edition<br />
of Kelvin Browne’s Bold Visions: The Architecture of the <strong>Royal</strong><br />
<strong>Ontario</strong> <strong>Museum</strong>. The comprehensive (coffee table) edition, in<br />
hardcover, softcover and library binding, was launched later in<br />
the year. Two ROM exhibition catalogues were produced as<br />
well—Glass Worlds: Paperweights from the ROM’s Collection by<br />
Brian Musselwhite and Canada Collects: Treasures from Across the<br />
Nation by Ken Lister.<br />

Web traffic set a new annual record in <strong>2007</strong>/<strong>2008</strong> with total<br />
of 3.1 million visits. This is the first time web traffic exceeded<br />
three million, up 29% from the previous year. The opening of<br />
the Michael Lee-Chin Crystal in June <strong>2007</strong> drew more than<br />
332,000 visitors to the website, a new monthly record for visits.<br />
March was notable, with more than 331,000 visits.<br />
