Starter Packs help individuals and families on low incomes who have been
given the tenancy of a house or flat, but who don’t have access to basic
household goods. They make up packs of household goods to give people
a positive start in their new home. They supply everything that contributes
to a comfortable home from crockery and bed linen to cleaning materials
