The College from time to time holds information on private accommodation
on behalf of Dundee landlords.
No private properties have been inspected by College staff, therefore
the College is unable to give any recommendation, endorsement or
guarantee in regard to any private property, property owner or agent.
Licensing of Housing in Multiple Occupation (HMO)
In Scotland, a house or flat, which three or more unrelated people occupy,
is required to be licensed. Unlicensed accommodation may not meet the
city council safety standards and residents may be at risk. You are advised
to check the licensing status of private accommodation with the Landlords.
