Final Program<br />
As the official on-site publication of the AAHA/OVMA Conference<br />
– Toronto 2011, the Final Program includes meeting room locations,<br />
time-tables and exhibitor descriptions. Advertising here will reach all<br />
attendees with multiple impressions. The publication is distributed<br />
in attendee bags, and as every attendee’s guide to the conference, it<br />
is used repeatedly to plan which events and lectures they will attend.<br />

Banners and Kiosks<br />
Advertising with banners and kiosks at the conference will increase<br />
your recognition throughout the Exhibit Hall. Spread your brand<br />
across the conference rather than just at your booth.<br />
Materials due: March 11, 2011.<br />
Banners are placed along the Exhibit Hall walls at an eye-catching<br />
level. They can be purchased for $2,500 USD/$2,700 CAD and are<br />
sized to fit your needs, up to 15’ x 15’.<br />
Rotating kiosks are also available for advertising space. The<br />
kiosks are backlit and placed in the main isles of the Exhibit Hall.<br />
The professional look and movement stops passersby as they visit<br />
booths throughout the Hall. You can purchase an entire 4-panel<br />
kiosk for $5,000 USD/$5,400 CAD or single panels for $1,500<br />
USD/$1,600 CAD each.<br />

Bag Inserts<br />
Add your pre-printed insert to the conference bag that attendees receive<br />
when they check in for an opportunity to promote traffic to your<br />
booth. Include a coupon, special offer, giveaway or invitation. Inserts<br />
should be single-page flyers, up to 8½ x 11 in. A quantity of 3,500 must<br />
be received at AAHA headquarters by March 4, 2011. Cost: $2,000<br />
