ORDERING INFORMATION<br />

This catalog features all OA Conference- and Board-approved literature currently available<br />

from OA’s World Service Office.<br />

Prices: If you order at least 100 units of any item, you receive a 10% discount on that item,<br />

unless otherwise indicated. Prices in this catalog are effective January through December 2013.<br />

Items may be discontinued without notice.<br />

Mail: Fill out the order form in this catalog and mail it to the World Service Office. You may<br />

pay by check, money order, VISA, Discover or MasterCard in US funds only. Do not send cash.<br />

All orders must be prepaid.<br />

Phone/Fax: Call in orders between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. US Mountain Time:<br />

1-505-891-2664. Our fax line is open 24 hours a day: 1-505-891-4320. Please include your<br />

credit card information when you order. $5.00 minimum purchase for credit card orders.<br />

Online: You may order the items in this catalog online at bookstore.oa.org. Your credit card<br />

number will be encrypted for your protection.<br />

Shipping and Handling: Refer to the order form in the center of this catalog for shipping<br />

and handling fees. Allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery in the US, three to four weeks for<br />

delivery outside the US.<br />

Expedited Shipping and Handling: Need it sooner? Call the WSO to have your order expedited.<br />

The WSO will let you know the expedited shipping cost and will add an additional $10<br />

handling fee.<br />

Orders outside the US: The person or group ordering the literature is responsible for customs<br />

fees, duties and taxes. Provide a valid telephone number and email address (if available) so local<br />

customs officials and package delivery personnel can contact you after the shipment has cleared<br />

customs.<br />

Returns: Please make any returns of goods within 90 days of your original order date. Include<br />

a copy of the invoice. Items returned must be in saleable condition. A credit will be issued to<br />

your account which will be valid for one year.<br />
