The innovative and efficient way to reduce your H2S!
The PE-mesh PlanET eco cover combines various characteristics to optimise the operation of
your biogas plant.
The PlanET eco cover is tightened inside the digester with tension belts that were developed
especially for that purpose. Additional support is provided by the stainless steel column in the
middle of the tank., which also allows re-routing of the belts. On the wall the belts are mounted
with stainless steel ground anchors.
The sulphurous removal of the biogas is
achieved through a bio-catalytic method for
which small amounts of air are blown into
the tank. The large surface area of the mesh
(larger than the previously used wooden
beam structure) provides an excellent living
environment for the bacteria that reduce the
sulphorous. In addition the PlanET eco cover
acts as a thermal barrier and as support for
the gas storage membrane.
The PlanET eco cover is not an ordinary net
but a material with very dense meshes.
