Foxcom’s RF over <strong>Fiber</strong> Link is the ideal solution <strong>for</strong> mobile satellite connectivity in ships, oil rigs,<br />
military bunkers and other underground facilities.<br />
Foxcom’s fully integrated optical solution provides a cost effective alternative to coax cable<br />
deployments. Harnessing the superior per<strong>for</strong>mance of fiber optics, Foxcom’s repeater solution<br />
provides seamless <strong>Iridium</strong> coverage within any building of any size. Multiple indoor antennas can be<br />
used with the use of power dividers to extend the signal coverage.<br />
<strong>Iridium</strong> <strong>Satellite</strong> phone users can now enjoy the many benefits that optical fiber has to offer, such as<br />
low RF transmission loss, improved signal quality, lightning protection, safety and ease of installation.<br />
The kit consists of the IP65 rated 4005 series outdoor unit (ODU), a 7190M series chassis with dual<br />
power supply (PS), dual outdoor <strong>Iridium</strong> antennas and a Dual indoor ceiling mount antennas. RF coax<br />
cables are also included in the package. Pre-connectorized fiber cables are available in different<br />
lengths as an option.<br />
