Instructions for presenters
PowerPoint:
All meeting rooms are equipped with computers and data projectors. Please bring your presentation on
a USB-stick to the speaker service center by latest in the break before your presentation.
For special audiovisual requirements, please contact the meeting secretariat.
Poster Sessions:
All posters will be on display throughout the congress.
The poster session is scheduled on Tuesday evening, April 17 th . Even poster numbers are presented
from 20:30 - 21:15 hours and odd poster numbers from 21:15 - 22:00 hours.
The poster board numbers correspond with the abstract/poster numbers in the NTMM supplement you
will receive upon registration.
Please mount your poster on the corresponding poster board as of Tuesday April 17 th , 8:30 hours, but
no later than 18:30 hours.
The poster should be PORTRAIT style. Landscape poster can NOT be displayed.
The maximum poster size is: 90 x 120 cm (WIDTH x HEIGHT)
Directly after the poster session the poster prizes will be announced.
There are 3 poster prizes: the 1 st prize is Euro 200 and the 2 nd and 3 rd prize Euro 100 each.
Posters may be removed on Wednesday 18 April as of 9:00 hours. Posters that haven’t been removed at
Wednesday April 18 th , 17:00 hours will be removed by the organization.
Party Tuesday evening
The poster prize ceremony will be followed by a dance party open for all participants.
Papendal Hotel en Conference Centre

Papendal taxi
If you are travelling by train you may use a service of Papendal Hotel en Conference Centre called the
“Papendal taxi”. The Papendal taxi will bring you from Central Railway Station Arnhem to Papendal for
Euro 11,00 per person one-way. If you would like to make use of this service, please call taxi company
Linsen at 026 - 474 22 95 (mention the Papendal taxi). The taxi’s can be found at the “Sonsbeek side”
of the railway station. You have to pay at arrival at the hotel reception. The taxi driver will wait for a
ticket you have to give him. At the end of the meeting you can order a Papendal taxi at the hotel
reception to bring you to the railway station.
Bus
From Arnhem Central Station bus 105 (direction Harderwijk) will bring you directly to bus stop ‘West
End’. From that point, it is a 10 minute walk to Hotel and Conference Centre Papendal. From Monday to
Friday, between 7 am and 6 pm, it is also possible to take bus 109 (direction Sportcentrum Papendal).
This bus goes directly to Papendal. From the bus stop it is a 3
minute walk to the rear entrance of the hotel.
