5.1 Object of research
Department is focused on these priority research
direction, recently:
� nucleologenesis and ultrastructural studies of bovine embryos
after nuclear transfer of somatic cells (somatic nucleus
remodeling),
� monitoring of rDNA transcription early embryos produced in
vivo and in vitro study of reactivation of rDNA transcription of
mice and bovine embryos after transfer of nucleus,
� research of the microscopical structure of bone tissue of the
historical and recent animal species from clas mammalia
(including human) to determine their species identification, age
prediction in time of death and patological finding on the bone
material,
� research of human genetic conditionality of osteoporosis and
pharmacogenetic research
