Multifunctional emryotechnology laboratory Technology in laboratory allows to realize: � cultivation of the biological materials, � preparation of the biological materials (embryos, oocyts, animal and plant tissues) for TEM (transmission electron microscopy), � making of the ultrathin and semithin cuts for ultrastructural study of biological materials, � imuno-fluorescence analysis of biological materials with possibility to set of different filters, � bioimaging- transfer of subject image from microscope to the PC by means of CCD cam with possibilty to different modification, marking, and evaluation of the monitored objects using the evaluation software, � storage of biological samples at ultra low temperatures -80 ° C.
In addition, the laboratory carries out: � treatment of samples (biological matrices) for the purpose of physiological and analytical laboratory for work with biological matrices, � training of bachelor´s, master´s and PhD students to ensure a proper graduate teaching (scientific study or teaching study of biology) � important outcomes are also in international scientific Current Contents
