Multifunctional emryotechnology laboratory<br />
Technology in laboratory allows to realize:<br />
� cultivation <strong>of</strong> the biological materials,<br />
� preparation <strong>of</strong> the biological materials (embryos, oocyts, animal<br />
and plant tissues) for TEM (transmission electron microscopy),<br />
� making <strong>of</strong> the ultrathin and semithin cuts for ultrastructural study <strong>of</strong><br />
biological materials,<br />
� imuno-fluorescence analysis <strong>of</strong> biological materials with possibility<br />
to set <strong>of</strong> different filters,<br />
� bioimaging- transfer <strong>of</strong> subject image from microscope to the PC<br />
by means <strong>of</strong> CCD cam with possibilty to different modification,<br />
marking, and evaluation <strong>of</strong> the monitored objects using the<br />
evaluation s<strong>of</strong>tware,<br />
� storage <strong>of</strong> biological samples at ultra low temperatures -80 ° C.
