SPEED LIMIT ORDERS
The Assistant Deputy Minister of Highways and Transportation,
pursuant to section 35 of The Highway Traffic Act and under
authority delegated by the Highway Traffic Board, hereby fixes a
maximum speed of:
(a) 80 km/hr on Provincial Highway No. 339-01 from a point 130 m
west of Railway Avenue, in the Village of Avonlea, to the intersection
with Provincial Highway No. 39.

The Department of Energy and Mines has received an application
from Nexen Canada Ltd. to drill an off-target gas well, with waiver
of the off-target penalty, in legal subdivision 14-24-44-27 W3M.
Objections to the drilling of the well, or to waiver of the penalty,
complete with supporting data, received in writing by the Department
on or before October 19, 2001, will be considered. A copy of the
objection must be provided to the applicant.

from EOG Resources Canada Inc. for approval of a plan to drill a well

disposal of salt water recovered from oilfield production, by injection
into the Viking formation.
