may be used for custom processing and are considered compliant with USDA's rule <strong>of</strong> a minimum 4-log reduction <strong>of</strong> Salmonella.<br />
This list will be continuously updated as the status <strong>of</strong> CPs change and/or new CPs are accepted. Should you have any questions<br />
