What is the extended <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> Guarantee?<br />
The acceptance of the extended <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> guarantee is a component of the generator<br />
warranty. It applies up to the first inspection/interval service and extends thereafter automatically<br />
up to the respective next inspection/interval service at a <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> Service partner, however,<br />
maximal until the specified date on the certificate of guarantee.<br />
Have you purchased a used <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> Generator and the previous owner did not<br />
follow the specified service intervals?<br />
You can step back into the mobility warranty!<br />
Up to 7 years after the first delivery by <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> GmbH a guarantee may be granted<br />
considering the extension package “1250 Refit”. Excluded are damages which were caused<br />
by personal negligence (for example - incorrect fuel use) as well as wear parts. Furthermore,<br />
the “General <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> Guarantee Conditions” apply. You may request these from <strong>Fischer</strong><br />
<strong>Panda</strong> GmbH – Germany or you can download them at no charge from the company website<br />
at www.fischerpanda.de.
<strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> Basic Guarantee<br />
Basic Guarantee 3) Basic Guarantee for <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> generators<br />
Commercial usage 1 year or 1000 operation hours 1)<br />
Private usage 2 years or 1000 operation hours 1)<br />
Additional 5 years from delivery date: Electrical parts of the generator (stator with<br />
winding, alternator housing, sealing and all water-bearing parts) are guaranteed<br />
for 5 years. This extended warranty covers damage caused by cooling water to the<br />
above mentioned parts.<br />
Additional 10 years from date of delivery: Guarantee on the rotor.<br />
Conditions: Regular and proven maintenance with original <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> parts.<br />
Cost: This extension is free of charge for you and applies generally from date of delivery<br />
by <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong>.<br />
<strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> <strong>Warranty</strong> Packs<br />
<strong>Warranty</strong> Pack 1000 <strong>Plus</strong> 2) 3) 3 years extension in addition to the Basic Guarantee or max. 1000 operation hours 1)<br />
Conditions: Your <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> Generator has been installed and commissioned by an official<br />
<strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> partner (confirmation by sending the commissioning protocol to<br />
<strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> GmbH Germany). Only <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> installation parts are used. The<br />
respective inspections will only be conducted according to the maintenance plan with<br />
original <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> spare parts by an authorized <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> Service Partner.<br />
Cost: This extension is free of charge for you. However it must be applied for during<br />
the installation / date of first operation.<br />
<strong>Warranty</strong> Pack 1250 <strong>Plus</strong> 2) 3) 1 years extension in addition to the Basic Guarantee or max. 1250 operation hours 1) .<br />
This extended mobility warranty can only be arranged directly with the purchase.<br />
Conditions: Continuous maintenance according to the maintenance plan with original <strong>Fischer</strong><br />
<strong>Panda</strong> spare parts.<br />
Cost: 5 % of the currently valid net list price excluding V.A.T. of your <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> Generator<br />
<strong>Warranty</strong> Pack 1500 <strong>Plus</strong> 2) 3) 2 year extension to the Basic Guarantee or max. 1500 operation hours 1) . This<br />
extended mobility warranty can only be arranged directly with the purchase.<br />
Conditions: Conditions: Continuous maintenance according to the maintenance plan with original<br />
<strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> spare parts.<br />
Cost: 10 % of the currently valid net list price excluding V.A.T. of your <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> Generator<br />
<strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> Refit <strong>Warranty</strong><br />
<strong>Warranty</strong> Pack 1250 Refit 2) 3) 1 year extension to generator before 7 years after date of first delivery by <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong><br />
GmbH respectively max. 1250 operation hours. 1)<br />
This extended mobility warranty is only appliable to used generators.<br />
Conditions: Conditions: Visual check, operational test, and if applicable - repair with original <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong><br />
spare parts, as well as complete service and commissioning by a <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> Service Partner.<br />
For receipt of this guarantee the current initial running operation record for your generator has<br />
to be sent to <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> GmbH.<br />
Cost: 5 % of the currently valid net list price excluding V.A.T. of your <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> Generator<br />
1) Whichever comes first. Furthermore, the general Guarantee Conditions for mobile and stationary <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> Generators apply.<br />
2) The Guarantee Packages cannot be combined at the same time<br />
3) The above listed guarantee / warranty packages are only available for <strong>Fischer</strong> <strong>Panda</strong> marine und commercial vehicle generators.
