The new NX40 and NX45 NavStation systems are designed to meet the requirements for both power and sailboats.
The 8.4in NX40 and 12.1in NX45 feature easy to use controls and a sunlight viewable bonded high-resolution
TFT colour display, perfect for presenting the detailed bottom contour data, land data, aerial photos of
harbours and inlets, Dynamic Surface Currents, Tidal Predictions, Flashing NavAids and other features of the
advanced C-Map MAX cartography. The dual chart slots enable two charts to be displayed simultaneously.

SIMRAD IS20
Instrument System
The new IS20 range consists of two digital and four
analogue displays. The multi-function Graphic display
can shift quickly between a range of large, easy-toread
digital readouts from the SimNet data bus. The
digital Combi speed/depth system is ideal as a standalone
system and can also be remotely controlled
from an IS20 Graphic, making it ideal as a second
instrument station, offering a variety of digital data
combinations including Speed, Depth, Temperature,
Trip Log and Passage Time. The classic analogue
Compass, Rudder Angle, Wind Direction and Tack
displays complete the IS20 range.

that no rudder feedback unit is needed for outboards
and stern drive boats. Automatic Tuning compensates
for the unique handling characteristics of your
boat and sea conditions, ensuring optimum performance.

NORTHSTAR VHF 710
Fixed DSC VHF
The Northstar Explorer 710 is fully DSC capable and
features call logs with instant call back capability.
The large LCD presents 4 lines of text to display
channel names, GPS position, GPS speed, GPS
course or time, and DSC messages.

NORTHSTAR VHF 725
Fixed DSC VHF
The Explorer 725 includes a built in barometric pressure
sensor which provides prediction of weather
and fish activity displayed as a digital graph on the
display. The wireless second station, the Explorer
705 is sold seperately (up to two additional stations
per radio). The Track-Your-Buddy feature allows you
to combine your Explorer 725’s DSC position polling
with Track-Your-Buddy enabled Chartplotter or
Combo units to show the location of up to three
other boats on the chart display. The wireless second
station mic features the same large LCD and
complete control of all DSC and radio functions. Use
the Intercom function to communicate between the
base and the second-station handset. The handset is
fully waterproof (JIS7) to withstand
the tough marine environment.
