Processors
World's largest supplier of contract electron beam irradiation of PTFE scrap or offspec
virgin materials. After irradiation, PTFE can be micronized into a fine powder.
Micronized PTFE is used as an additive in inks, coatings, lubricants, and
thermoplastics to improve rub resistance, lubrication and other properties.
PVDF, ETFE, and ECTFE are often crosslinked by electron beam irradiation to
improve the physical properties of tubing, wire jacketing, and molded parts.
For over 45 years, Enflo has been a processor of PTFE resins into basic shapes.
These include: molded sheets, skived film up to 72” wide, slit tapes, extruded rods,
molded rods, extruded tubing, molded cylinders, & custom-fabricated parts.
Pressure sensitive & etching upon request. Available in virgin reprocessed &
Enflon®-filled PTFE. Enflo Corporation services U.S. customers while Enflo
Canada Ltd. services Canada and international.
Processor of PTFE basic shapes and custom-engineered profiles, guiderails,
wearstrips, and machined parts. Surf Chemical is part of an American
manufacturing organization that produces the widest variety and sizes of PTFE
basic shapes in North America (plate, sheet, tape, rod, tubing, profiles, mechanical
grade PTFE, glass-filled PTFE and specialty compound filled PTFE).
Trademarks: Fluoro-Plastics, Surf Chemical, FluoroMar, Econ-O-Lon,
EconAlloy
Fluorotherm manufactures Corrosion resistant and Ultrapure PTFE, TFE, FEP,
PFA, MFA, tubing, rod, Heat Exchangers, Immersion heating and cooling coils, and
extruded custom machined plastics. Flurotherm continuously endeavors to research
and develop new methods to adapt tube geometries to new demanding
applications.
