through Exclusive Stores (system similar<br />
to franchising), to whom we offer all the structure and training necessaries for the investor to open its new<br />
business. In Brasil, Todeschini has more than 330 Exclusive Stores. Abroad, it has started recently to open<br />
the first Stores, which are 8, localized in Uruguay, Venezuela, Angola, México, Panamá and Paraguay<br />
