∙syncope ( B/P, CO, PAP) ∙tachycardia (>100 b/p/m) ∙clammy
skin ∙hemoptysis (13%)
∙swollen/painful legs ∙wheezing/crackles
∙apnea ∙peripheral cyanosis
∙dyspnea (73%) ∙painful respirations
∙cough (37%) ∙fever
∙pleuritic chest pain (66%) ∙T wave inversions (leads V1-4)
