IVV 1054 - a variant of our reliable type serie IV 1054
The modular structure of this range of supply The screwless front panel can only be removed using
systems has enabled us to develop an alternative a special tool thus limiting access by unauthorised
medical supply system which meets all the persons.
necessary requirements.
According to requirements, field of use and
The systems should be attached to the wall to the left,
right or on both sides of the patient’s bed, with either
spatial capacity, modul technik GmbH can design a one, two or three channels.
supply unit tailored individually to your specific
medical requirements. This system ensures that all medical devices required
For reasons of safety and function, the vertical
can be positioned compactly and at various heights
around the patient’s bed within a confined space.
medical supply systems have a multi-chamber
construction which guarantees separation of
physically different types of energy within the
system.
Due to their design, the supply units are mech-
The user is thus easily able to separate his working
station into clean and unclean areas.
The 100 mm minimum distance required between
the base of the wall version and the floor, ensures
anically stable and torsionally rigid. that the hygienic requirements are also met.
IME 1500 - The unique medical supply unit
The supply system IVV 1054/IME 1500 is a ready-touse
medical supply system. It has one central terminal
for power current-, communication and med. gas
technology. The supply of these media can be effected
according to the project in question, through the
intermediary cover, from the side or from the rear.
The systems are factory-fitted with pre-installed projectoriented
components and are ready-assembled, right
down to the interface itself.
The systems are produced from aluminium extrusionpressed
profiles and stainless steel elements. The
aluminium components can be anodised to give the
surface finish E 6, Ev 1 or electrostatic powder-coated,
in the colours shown on the RAL chart. It is thus
possible to coordinate the colour of the medical supply
unit with that of the room concept as a whole. The
operator can therefore arrange his workplace to be
optimally ergonomic and also patient-friendly.
The Medical Supply Units, type IVV 1054 and IME
1500, are produced in accordance with the recognized
technological regulations and in particular with the
current regulations regarding medical supply units
stipulated under DIN EN ISO 11197:2005 and other
norms mentioned here.
Depending on the individual requirement, the vertical
supply system, type IVV 1054 can be integrated directly
as front assembly system or angular system, type IME
integrated in a room specially designed for this function
by an architect.
A large number of medical devices can be attached to
the system by fixing additional stainless steel tubes,
with 30 mm diameters. They should be mounted at a
45°-angle, to the left, right or on both sides of the
vertical system.
attached at any height required and can be
rotated through 180°.
As an option to improve your working area and
increase the patient’s well-being, the Modulux
2008 lighting unit can be integrated between
two vertical columns.
