The collected data will be centrally processed for the allotment <strong>of</strong> seats at health science courses<br />
according to the preferences given by the candidate and his/her State Merit List no., Category and<br />
Specified reservation if any.<br />
Status Retention: If the candidate wishes to continue at college/institution, he is admitted to in<br />
the I st round (or subsequent round) <strong>of</strong> selection and does not wish to have betterment (selection to his<br />
higher choice) he may do so by filling “status retention” form to be submitted to the Competent Authority<br />
through the college where he is admitted. However candidate should note that his name will be deleted<br />
from the further selection process for the academic year <strong>2012</strong>-2013.<br />
The allotment <strong>of</strong> seats shall be displayed at the website <strong>of</strong> DMER i.e. www.dmer.org on<br />
16/7/<strong>2012</strong>. As per the selection list candidate must join the respective course and college on or before<br />
28/07/<strong>2012</strong> along with documents and prescribed fees. If the candidate fails to report by 28/7/<strong>2012</strong> his/her<br />
selection will be cancelled and he/she will be debarred from the subsequent process.<br />
Notification regarding Second round <strong>of</strong> allotment <strong>of</strong> seats for Health science courses will be made<br />
available on the website "www.dmer.org" as well as in the news papers in due course <strong>of</strong> time. The<br />
choices given in the preference form will be used for the second round and subsequent round.<br />
