Terms & Conditions
CHILDREN/MINORS
Due to the nature of our cruise itineraries, Peter
Deilmann Cruises does not maintain facilities or
services for children aboard River Cruise Vessels.
On all cruises, minors under the age of 18 must
be accompanied and share a cabin with a parent,
legal guardian or other responsible adult.
HOTEL PACKAGES
The hotel packages as listed in this brochure
have been developed in association with various
international hotels. Situations may arise, voluntarily
or involuntarily, that necessitate changes.
Peter Deilmann EuropAmerica Cruises reserves
the right to substitute hotels as it is deemed
necessary and to provide comparable first-class
alternatives.
NO SMOKING POLICY
For the convenience of all our passengers, Peter
Deilmann Cruises has expanded the no-smoking
restrictions on its European river fleet to include
all areas inside the vessels without exception.
Smoking will only be permitted on the open decks.
All itineraries are correct at the time of
printing.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR OBERAMMERGAU 2010
For bookings made between September 1,
2008 and August 31, 2009 a non-refundable
deposit of $750 per person is due at the time
of booking.
A second deposit of $1,200 is due on
September 1, 2009.
Final payment is due 120 days prior to your
departure.
For bookings made between September 1,
2009 and 120 days prior to your departure, a
non-refundable deposit of $1,950 is due at the
time of booking.
Final payment is due 120 days prior to
departure.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES
Between September 1, 2008–August 31,

Between September 1, 2009–121 days prior to
departure—$1,950 per person
