Field of use<br />
Blood-group determination<br />
takes place on the PK7200<br />

blood-grouping systems.<br />
Composition<br />
The test <strong>reagent</strong>s are<br />
produced from cell culture<br />
supernatant and contain<br />
monoclonal antibodies.<br />
Use<br />
The test <strong>reagent</strong>s are<br />
ready-to-use and therefore<br />
immediately usable.<br />
Principle of the test<br />
The principle of the test is<br />
based on an agglutination<br />
reaction. The specific mono-<br />
clonal antibodies in the test<br />
<strong>reagent</strong>s agglutinate erythro-<br />
cytes with the homologous<br />
antigen.<br />
If the homologous antigen is<br />
not present, no agglutination<br />
occurs.<br />
