an adjudicative capacity when a neutral official, after<br />

party or parties, will render a binding legal judgment<br />
directly affecting a party’s interests in a particular<br />
matter.<br />
In<strong>for</strong>med c<strong>on</strong>sent Agreement by a pers<strong>on</strong> to allow<br />
something to happen in resp<strong>on</strong>se to a proposal by a<br />
lawyer after <strong>the</strong> lawyer has made full disclosure of<br />
<strong>the</strong> facts, material risks of, and reas<strong>on</strong>ably available<br />
alternatives to <strong>the</strong> proposed course of acti<strong>on</strong>.<br />

Reas<strong>on</strong>able or reas<strong>on</strong>ably In reference to a lawyer’s<br />
acti<strong>on</strong>s, <strong>the</strong> level of c<strong>on</strong>duct of a prudent and<br />
competent lawyer.<br />
