Rheinfelden-Warmbach Joint Customs Facility on the Swiss/German border<br />
JAKEM <strong>AG</strong> utilises state-of-the-art technology,<br />
and our manufacturing processes are widely<br />
IT-supported through 3D interactive systems.<br />
In our processing operations, NC connections<br />
supply machine data for a range of equip-<br />
ment: a 3-axis boring mill, CNC profi ling<br />
circular saw, metal punching centre and fl ame-<br />
cutting robot.<br />
Our 26,000 m 2 production site, complete with<br />
rail link, processes around 7,500 tonnes of<br />
steel per year. JAKEM <strong>AG</strong> has its own sand-<br />
blasting and painting plants as well as its own<br />
prefabricated assembly equipment.<br />
We hold the quality-assured “H1 Operator’s<br />
Licence according to SIA 263/1” and the<br />
“Major Verifi cation of Suitability DIN 18800<br />
Part 7” certifi cate and can certainly vouch for<br />
the high quality of our processes and products.<br />
