Driza-Bone is an<br />
Australian icon in<br />
riding coats, much<br />
as Akubra is in hats, recognized not only in<br />
Australia but also throughout the world for<br />
quality, practicality <strong>and</strong> the Australian flair.<br />
The name Driza-Bone (Stryne for "Dry as a<br />
Bone") was registered in 1933, around the<br />
time the waxed cotton cloth was developed<br />
in Britain to replace the old cloth coated with<br />
linseed oil. We are pleased to offer the Driza-Bone<br />
Classic Riding Coats, made in Australia<br />
from heavyweight 100% cotton cloth<br />
woven in India <strong>and</strong> proofed in Australia.<br />
Heavyweight Classic Riding Coat This coat,<br />
made from the best quality heavyweight<br />
waxed cotton, has all the traditional features<br />
of the Australian riding coat. It features a<br />
shoulder cape with straps, storm front <strong>and</strong><br />
collar, leg straps, fantail back, adjustable cuffs<br />
<strong>and</strong> sleeve reinforcements. There are snaps<br />
at the back of the collar for attachment of a<br />
hood (sold separately). There are two outside<br />
patch pockets with h<strong>and</strong>warmer pockets<br />
underneath <strong>and</strong> a three-quarter cotton<br />
lining with a poacher's pocket. Sizing is generous<br />
throughout. Length of the size large<br />
(42/44) is 54 inches. Color is Brown. Made<br />

Belltrees Riding Vest This riding vest is made from the same<br />
best quality heavyweight waxed cotton as the Driza-Bone<br />
Riding Coats. There is a cotton flannel liner <strong>and</strong> a corduroy<br />
lined collar. It has two snapped cargo pockets with flannel<br />
lined h<strong>and</strong>warmer pockets under them as well as a zippered<br />
pocket on the left front to accommodate a cell phone. There<br />
is a zipper closure with snapped storm flap <strong>and</strong> vents at each<br />
side with adjustment straps. Length of the size L (42/44) at<br />
the back is 271/2 inches, 11/2 inches longer than the front to<br />
provide extra protection. Color is Brown. Made in Australia.<br />
