2. Attach the engine fixing.<br />
3. Dismount engine suspension.<br />
4. Remove :<br />
• the multi-belt.<br />
• multi-belt tensioners.<br />
• the alternator.<br />
• the climate system compressor.<br />
• crankshaft pulley / vibration damper.<br />
• oil temperature sensor.<br />
5. Dismount :<br />
• chain cover.<br />
• oil sump.<br />
Dismount 1<br />

Dismount 2<br />
<strong>1.</strong> Turn Turn crankshaft crankshaft to to markings.<br />

2. Remove the Hall sensor from the valve cover.<br />
3. Attach locking tool "T10120".<br />
4. Dismount crank position sensor.<br />
5. Attach locking tool "T10121" in flywheel.<br />
6. Remove :<br />
• lower chain tensioner.<br />
• lower chain.<br />
7. The upper chain tensioner is fixed with a 3 <strong>mm</strong> <strong>pin</strong>/<strong>rod</strong>.<br />
8. Loosen camshaft bolt (use counter hold).<br />
9. Remove :<br />
• upper chain.<br />
• camshaft gear.<br />
<strong>1.</strong> Turn crankshaft to markings.<br />
2. Remove the Hall sensor from the valve cover.<br />
3. Attach locking tool "T10120".<br />
4. Dismount crank position sensor.<br />
5. Attach locking tool "T10121" in flywheel.<br />
6. Remove :<br />
• lower chain tensioner.<br />
• lower chain.<br />
7. The upper chain tensioner is fixed with a 3 <strong>mm</strong> <strong>pin</strong>/<strong>rod</strong>.<br />
8. Loosen camshaft bolt (use counter hold).<br />
9. Remove :<br />
• upper chain.<br />
• camshaft gear.<br />

Mounting 1<br />
<strong>1.</strong> Fit the camshaft sprocket loosely so that it can still rotate on the axle.<br />
2. Mount the chain.<br />
3. Remove 3 <strong>mm</strong> <strong>pin</strong>/<strong>rod</strong>.<br />
4. Turn camshaft gear anticlockwise.<br />
5. Tighten camshaft pulley bolt (use counter hold).<br />
6. Mount lower chain.<br />
7. Fit the tensioning element.<br />
8. Dismount all locking tools.<br />
9. Turn crankshaft 720°.<br />
10. Control of camshaft timing.<br />
1<strong>1.</strong> The remainder is assembled in opposite order.<br />
<strong>1.</strong> Fit the camshaft sprocket loosely so that it can still rotate on the axle.<br />
2. Mount the chain.<br />
3. Remove 3 <strong>mm</strong> <strong>pin</strong>/<strong>rod</strong>.<br />
4. Turn camshaft gear anticlockwise.<br />
5. Tighten camshaft pulley bolt (use counter hold).<br />
6. Mount lower chain.<br />
7. Fit the tensioning element.<br />
8. Dismount all locking tools.<br />
9. Turn crankshaft 720°.<br />
10. Control of camshaft timing.<br />
