Informational Meeting:
An Owner’s Informational meeting is scheduled for Wednesday,
July 11 th and July 18 th at 7:00 pm in the Bay Dining
Room. This meeting is to advise WCCA Owners of the report
submitted by the Finance/Sub-Committee regarding recommendations
for the future needs of the Community. Your
Board of Governors encourages all owners in good standing to
attend this very important meeting.
Owner’s Annual Meeting
The Owner’s Annual meeting is scheduled for Monday, August
13, 2012 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm in the Bay Dining
Room. Your Board of Governor’s encourages all owners to
attend if possible.
We will be sending out a copy of the agenda and proxy to all
owners. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please return
your executed proxy to the General Manager’s office for the
purpose of establishing a quorum.
WCCA Controller:
Mike Hogan, WCCA Controller, will retire from White
Cliffs Community Association, Inc. effective June 30,
2012. Mike has worked for the Club for the past 9 1/2
years and has done an outstanding job in his role as
Club Controller working with the Accounting Department,
Human Resources Department, Department Heads
and Finance Committee. We wish Mike and his family
the very best for the future! Mike plans to get in some
much needed gardening and playing with his grandchildren.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank
him for his valuable work.
After an extensive search, I am pleased to announce that
we have found a new Club Controller. Nicole Smith
comes to White Cliffs with 11 years of Country Club
experience at Willow Bend Country Club in Mashpee,
MA and is very familiar with Country club operations.
Please join me in welcoming her to the community.
Marketing Committee:
The Marketing Committee is pleased to report that we
have 5 new Introductory Members. If you have an opportunity
and see them around the club, please welcome
them. As a reminder, Non Resident Members are an integral
part of the club from both a social and financial
standpoint. Our Member Referral Program pays a referral
award to anyone who introduces a new Introductory
Member or Full/Golf Member. Our members continue to

FOOD AND BEVERAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED
IN THE POOL AREA. THIS IS WITH THE EX-
CEPTION OF WATER IN PLASTIC OR PAPER
CUPS. ALSO, NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18
IS ALLOWED IN THE HOT TUB.
TO ACCESS THE BEACH STAIRS, YOU
SHOULD WALK ALONG THE CART PATH TO-
WARDS THE FLAG POLE AND CONTINUE BE-
HIND THE BUNKER TO THE STAIRS. FOR
REASONS OF SAFETY, NO ONE SHOULD BE
CUTTING ACROSS THE FIRST FAIRWAY TO
GET TO THE BEACH STAIRS.
ALSO, AS A COURTESY, PLEASE
DO NOT WALK THROUGH A
WEDDING OR OTHER EVENT IN
PROGRESS.
