Approved NSW <strong>Recovery</strong> Plan Brush-<strong>tailed</strong> <strong>rock</strong>-<strong>wallaby</strong><br />
reserves in <strong>the</strong> Central ESU. Ten <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> reserves where it would appear that <strong>the</strong> species has<br />
become extinct are in <strong>the</strong> Central or Sou<strong>the</strong>rn ESUs, and only two are possibly in <strong>the</strong> Nor<strong>the</strong>rn<br />
ESU.<br />
These figures reflect <strong>the</strong> decline and contraction <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> species in <strong>the</strong> south <strong>of</strong> its range (Short<br />
and Milkovits 1990). Details on <strong>the</strong> status <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> BTRW in individual reserves are presented in<br />
Table 4.<br />
