SMC Armor
SMC Armor is a Scalable Metallic Composite
(SMC) armor for use as appliqué or
integrated armor on military ground and marine
vehicles. SMC Armor utilizes advanced metals
and composites to create a highly durable
and ductile armor. This proven armor has
successfully defeated 14.5 mm B32 AP threats
at 50 mm spacing as well as multiple 20 mm
FSP at over 5,000 ft/s. SMC Armor combines
the advantages of metallic armor with the
performance of ceramic armor for superior force
protection.

LAST® Aircraft Armor
LAST Armor is a field-installable, combat-proven
appliqué armor system that can be used on fixed
wing and rotary-wing/vertical lift aircraft. LAST
Aircraft Armor formulas are tailored to defeat
primarily small arms fire (higher caliber munitions
at stand-off distance). LAST Aircraft Armor can be
installed using existing attachment points or using
our proprietary, high strength Velcro hook-and-loop
fastening system. LAST Aircraft Armor is designed
to be installed as mission kits, in the field, using the
crew and little to no tools.

LAST® Spall Liner
LAST Armor’s patent pending spall liners supplement
vehicle “A Kit” (built-in) armor for increased
protection for behind armor effects. LAST Armor spall
liners are a field installable, unique armor system
that is available for use on a variety of tactical and
armored vehicles, fixed and rotary wing aircraft and
naval vessels. Each spall liner system is designed
using a variety of armor formulas and configurations,
depending on the nature of the vehicle “A Kit” being
used and the threat requirements.

BTAS Breakaway Transparent Armor System
BTAS is a single-hand operable, vehicle emergency
egress system requiring very low exertion of force.
Vehicle rollovers due to maneuvering in unstable
terrain or improvised explosive device threats
encountered in combat result in hindered or
delayed vehicle egress, and potential loss of life.
BTAS creates additional egress passages in the
windshield or windows through energy storage
systems capable of moving a 200+ lb window from
an overhead position.
