• Copies of the heifer registration papers must be included with the entries for proper processing!<br />

Steer Show<br />
• steer show will have three divisions with a Champion and reserve Champion of each division.<br />
• followed by a Grand Champion and reserve Grand Champion steer.<br />
• Classes will be announced after all steers are weighed.<br />

1 STEERS CROSSBRED & PUREBREED 5 Hereford Steers PUREBRED ONLY<br />
2 Fryeburg Fair Scramble Calves 6 <strong>Belted</strong> <strong>Galloway</strong> Steers PUREBRED ONLY (Must have registration papers)<br />
3 Cumberland Fair Scramble Calves 7 Group of Three Steers (Must be raised on the same farm)<br />
4 Angus Steers PUREBRED ONLY (Must have registration papers)<br />
PleASe Note:<br />
• Entries close April 12, 2011. Late fees will apply.<br />
• Incomplete entries will be charged a late fee.<br />
• All exhibitors with cattle at the Beef Expo must provide proof of liability<br />
insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 coverage. This could be a commercial<br />
or homeowners policy (make sure it covers cattle off your farm).<br />
Showmanship:<br />
» I am exhibiting an animal & would like to be entered into<br />
Showmanship<br />
» Novice – I am exhibiting an animal & this is the first time, I<br />
have ever shown<br />
» I do not wish to participate in showmanship<br />
» Non-owned showmanship open to youth who do not have<br />
an animal exhibited, but who can borrow an animal not<br />
being used by another exhibitor.<br />
Herdsperson contest:<br />
» The best overall exhibit will be awarded $25.00.<br />
» Exhibits will be judged for their educational value, neatness<br />
of members, care and cleanliness of exhibits, animals and<br />
overall display<br />
