ET Turbo
Even us “Scandis” have more and more started to experiment with not only fishing close to the surface, but in the film and on the surface.
O shit – to see a big salmon carefully sipping in a free drifted dry fly or the water exploding when taking a fast skater is probably the most exciting
salmon fishing there is. Don’t you agree!?
After this fantastic salmon season with lots of big fish landed, one of my boxes are full of more or less chewed variations on a new kind of fly.
Hmmm – it’s a mix of turboskater, Tjernobyl ant and bomber. It’s a strange creation, fun to fish and damned effective! The deer hair body makes it possible
to fish free float, the cut Rubber Turbo makes them skate over the fastest and roughest surface and the rubber legs – well God knows, but the fish
just love them! Ugly Yes maybe, but in my world makes all the explosive takes them gorgeously good looking!
Tube: FITS X- small and medium.
Tail: Stiff white hair or hair in the sam color as the back part of
the body.
Body: Hard packed deer hair of good quality. Two colors of your
own choice. My favorites are the brown and the green one. Cut
them flat underneath.
Legs: Grizzly colored rubber legs in two different colors.
Cone: Rubber Turbo cut and dyed with a marker.
