that focuses on quality and style. We believe that riding gear<br />
doesn’t have to be loud, obnoxious and over-branded. The RSD line<br />
is riding gear built with a parallel of fashion and function,<br />
neither a burden unto the other. So whether you’re avoiding Sunday<br />
drivers on the freeway, exploring an unknown back road with<br />

OVERVIEW<br />
LIMITED SET MAIN SET<br />
The RSD Limited Set borrows from alot of RSD custom bikes, with the<br />
subtle merging of motorcycling heritage and modern components, creating<br />
the perfect combination of style and function. Our unique and exclusive<br />
waxed and oiled leather is utilized in a limited collection of<br />
riding jackets and accessories, plus we’ve combined classic materials<br />
such as US manufactured waxed cotton and functional wool. The goal was<br />
to create a line of riding and living apparel that offered excellent<br />
riding comfort and protection, without sacrificing everyday wearability<br />
even when you’re not riding. It’s what we consider the new vintage.<br />
The leather we use in our RSD Limited Set leather follows a unique,<br />
exclusive process that ensures a one of a kind, supple, yet extremely<br />
protective result.<br />
1. For the main bodies we use all “A” Grade top grain cowhides that<br />
are tanned, dyed, and oiled. The jacket is then assembled, using all<br />
nylon thread, without the linings or trims.<br />
2. From there the unfinished jacket is washed using our environmentally<br />
safe, proprietary washing process which softens the leather<br />
without losing critical tear, abrasion or tensile strength. Once<br />
washed and air dried (approximately 4 days), the garments then go to<br />
final assembly for linings and trims.<br />
3. Once assembled, each jacket is then hand oiled and waxed, achieving<br />
a unique, “already broken in” custom finish that will wear and<br />
age beautifully, without sacrificing protection.<br />
The RSD Main Set brings a complete offering of riding and everyday apparel<br />
that combines functionality and style in every piece. The leather<br />
we use for our jacketsare all “A” grade cowhides, with light (but not<br />
too much) distressing, ensuring the perfect “just broken in” feel. Classic<br />
lines with a subtle twist make it RSD. We’ve also brought heavy duck<br />
canvas into the mix as functional riding gear, or perfect as everyday<br />
jackets.<br />
The Main Set combines the best of function and style -- just what we<br />
were looking for.<br />
Besides the Main Set jackets, we’ve created a complete line of everyday<br />
apparel with a collection of tees, thermals, hoodies, and headwear,<br />
uniquely RSD. Riding along with the apparel, our grouping of wallets,<br />
belts and travel accessories rounds out the package. Add in our line<br />
of gloves (that provide functional comfort and protection with classic<br />
styling and great fit), and we’ve got you covered.
DESIGN<br />
We design our apparel for riding, but with emphasis on a clean visual aesthetic<br />
and relaxed comfortable fit that can be worn on or off your bike. All<br />
day riding or all night out.<br />

We use only the finest available hides for our leathers, and require all our suppliers<br />
to be REACH compliant, plus AZO and PCP free. Each RSD leather jacket receives<br />
customized treatment and handling that gives every piece it’s unique, one of a kind<br />
finish, with an “already broken in” feel that usually takes years to achieve.<br />
INTERIORS<br />
The interiors of RSD jackets are built for comfort and function. Utilizing a luxurious<br />
poly satin they feel great, with secure pockets and cargo pockets that can<br />
carry enough stuff for an all day ride.<br />
SOFT LINED CELL POCKET<br />
POLY SATIN LINING<br />
Produced since 1930, Martexin Original Wax is a highly specialized textile<br />
treatment that precludes normal cleaning. Just as you wouldn’t’t wash<br />
a leather product such as boots, gloves, or jackets, you shouldn’t wash or<br />
dry clean your Martexin Original Waxed fabric. Wax fabrics have been successfully<br />
used for many years without washing, and periodic cleaning with<br />
a hose, or damp cloth is all that is needed. Bare areas can be retreated<br />
which will restore the wax finish.<br />

WARRANTY and RETURN INFORMATION<br />
RSD Apparel is warranted against defects in material and workmanship from the original date of purchase<br />
for a period of 5 years on leather jackets, 1 year for waxed cotton jackets and 1 year for leather gloves.<br />
This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of the parts and the necessary labor and services<br />
required to repair the item. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty, which includes damage<br />
to products resulting from accidents. Item must be returned with a copy of the original receipt.<br />
Please return product to the RSD warranty department for inspection (freight pre-paid) to the address<br />
printed on the Return Authorization form (RA). An RA can be obtained by calling (855) 563-7943. If the<br />
item needs to be replaced and is no longer available, RSD Apparel will replace the item with a comparable<br />
valued and styled product at RSD’s discretion.<br />
