<strong>of</strong> a copy <strong>of</strong> the punch list by signing the punch list. The CITY<br />
REPRESENTATIVE shall notify the RESIDENT that the grinder pump and low<br />
pressure system have been tested and approved and that the RESIDENT may<br />
now connect to the system.<br />
17. The RESIDENT/PLUMBER shall then install the lines necessary to connect<br />
the existing on-site system to the grinder pump. The RESIDENT/PLUMBER<br />
shall then request a rough-in inspection from the CITY REPRESENTATIVE for<br />
the plumbing work completed. The CITY REPRESENTATIVE will inspect,<br />
approve the work and provide the RESIDENT/ PLUMBER with a green card as<br />
pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> rough-in plumbing inspection and approval.<br />
18. The grinder pump/low-pressure sewer system can now be operated by the<br />
RESIDENT.<br />
19. The CONTRACTOR shall place sod similar to the existing grass around the<br />
grinder pump installation and the connection to the existing service assembly.<br />
The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace any existing features on the property<br />
that were affected by their work. The RESIDENT/PLUMBER shall be<br />
responsible for any site restoration work required as a result <strong>of</strong> their work.<br />
20. The RESIDENT/PLUMBER shall then contact a licensed waste hauler and<br />
request that the existing septic tank be pumped out. The waste hauler will<br />
provide the RESIDENT with an invoice verifying that the tank was pumped out.<br />
The RESIDENT/PLUMBER shall then fill in the septic tank with select fill<br />
material.<br />
21. The RESIDENT/PLUMBER shall contact the CITY REPRESENTATIVE for<br />
final inspection. The RESIDENT shall provide the CITY REPRESENTATIVE with<br />
the invoice verifying that the septic tank was pumped out. The CITY<br />
REPRESENTATIVE will provide the RESIDENT with a green card as pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
final inspection and approval <strong>of</strong> all work completed by the RESIDENT as part <strong>of</strong><br />
the grinder pump installation project.<br />
22. The CONTRACTOR shall notify the CITY REPRESENTATIVE when the<br />
clean-up and site restoration work identified in the punch list has been<br />
completed. The CITY REPRESENTATIVE shall inspect the site, determine if all<br />
elements <strong>of</strong> the contract have been met and issue a letter <strong>of</strong> Final Acceptance for<br />
the work at that site. The CONTRACTOR shall then submit a copy <strong>of</strong> the Letter<br />
<strong>of</strong> Final Acceptance as part <strong>of</strong> the final pay request for that project.<br />
