A bitumen/water emulsion
reinforced with organic fibre.
Use – as a waterproof and moisture barrier
on concrete, bitumen roofing, mastic
asphalt, corrugated metal, slates, tiles
and sheet metal roofs. Also suitable for
protecting metal pipes against corrosion.
Apply with a brush.
Drying Time Depends on ambient conditions
Xtra-Seal Bitumen Sealant
A bitumen mastic sealant for roofing
and guttering applications.
Use – for sealing joints in gutters and
roofing applications.
Apply using a standard cartridge gun.
Approx Coverage 11m with a 6mm bead
Drying Time 24 hours under average conditions
(product remains flexible for many months).
