Mission:<br />
• To integrate ICT activities in the government (public)<br />
andd private i t sectors t andd ensure national ti l optimal ti l<br />
economic and social stimuli through achieving<br />
community framework agreements, which includes<br />
promoting an awareness against global warming.<br />
• To provide a conducive framework (legal and<br />
regulatory) for public and private infrastructure<br />
investments in e‐Commerce capacity building, by<br />
promoting the growth of national ICT and developing<br />
regionally competitive ICT experts.<br />
