Saturday 1st December If you are interested in booking a stall please phone for more information Tel: 07733117948 Saturday 7th July—7.30pm <strong>Hockwold</strong> Village Hall Following their hugely successful spring tour production of 'A Midsummer Night’s Dream', RumDoxy Theatre is proud to present – 'Othello', the next in their Ninety-minute ‘Shakespeare on A Shoe-string’ Collection. 'Shakespeare on A Shoe-string' aims to incorporate Shakespeare's text, original writing, movement, mixed media and physical theatre to create 90minutes of entertaining and accessible theatre for all ages. They have performed to audiences ranging from ages 8-80, in schools, halls, arts centres, and theatres across the UK. This unique adaptation of the Bard’s classic tale includes all the ambition, deception, love, and jealousy you would expect. Director Jo Hopkins has chosen a modern setting, amidst the hustle and bustle of a media corporation headquarters, to explore the relationships and intrigue of this tragic story. The creative RumDoxy production technique enables audiences to fully engage with the trials and torments of Othello’s predicament. Come along and enjoy Shakespeare on a Shoestring with them.
