The Beacon Hill apartments are located on Boston's historic Beacon Hill in a quaint
gas lit neighborhood. It is a charming, safe neighborhood that is within short walking
distance of restaurants, pubs, boutiques and Downtown Boston.
The guesthouse style accommodation offers single rooms with shared bathrooms.
TO VERMONT
Each room comes complete with bed linens and a towel, wireless internet access,
a microwave, and a mini-fridge. All utilities (water, electricity, internet) are also
included.
The Boston Kaplan International Center is 10 minutes away on foot and the residence
WORCESTER
is within easy access of all subway lines. The apartments are located approximately
20-30 minutes by subway from the Kaplan Northeastern Center and the Kaplan
Harvard Square Center.

Accommodation details

Furnished single rooms with shared
bathrooms in hallways, in a guest
house style accommodation. Each
room comes equipped with its own
closet. Twin rooms are also available
upon request (can only be booked if
two students are travelling together).
Meals
No meals are included. Each room
includes a microwave and a mini fridge.
Kitchen
No kitchen is available on site.
Rooms
Rooms are furnished with twin beds, a
mini fridge, microwave, and desk.
Bathrooms
Shared bathroom facilities are
provided. Each bathroom is shared
by a minimum of 2 students and a
maximum of 6 students. Bathrooms
are equipped with a toilet, shower, and
sink. Bathrooms are cleaned daily.
Laundry
Coin operated laundry facilities are
located in the management building.

All utilities are included in the
accommodation fee except for
telephone and TV. If AC is permitted,
there will be additional costs for its use.
All rooms are vacuumed weekly.
Internet and Phone
Wireless internet is available and is
included in the accommodation price.
Security and keys
There is no security guard. Guests
have key access to the front door and
individual rooms. There is a $50 key
replacement fee (lock out fees may
apply if office is closed).
Bed linen and towels
Bed linens and one towel are provided.
Students are responsible for washing
these items.
Student Lounge
There is no student lounge available.

A cash deposit of $50 is required upon
arrival.
Visitors
No visitors are permitted at any time
unless they are assisting the student
with move in or move out.
noise and Restrictions
Audio/video electronics (TVs etc.)
should not be used after 9 pm without
earphones, and should be played
softly at all other times to avoid
disturbing other residents. No musical
instruments may be played in the room
or in the building at any time. Students
are asked to be considerate of others
by refraining from mobile phone use in
common areas. No smoking is allowed
in rooms or on the premises/outside of
the building.

Available year round. Minimum age: 18.
