<strong>of</strong> Link 16 wing/unit managers as well as o<strong>the</strong>r agencies that support <strong>the</strong> network management<br />
process. As AFLNMWG ch<strong>air</strong>, TDLOMO will convene <strong>the</strong> group annually; however, any<br />
participating agency may request that it be convened more <strong>of</strong>ten.<br />
2.4.1. Working Group Responsibilities. The AFLNMWG will:<br />
2.4.1.1. Define and provide user requirements for <strong>the</strong> design and management <strong>of</strong> Link 16<br />
designs throughout <strong>the</strong> four phases (design, validation, publication, and maintenance) <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> Link 16 network management process.<br />
2.4.1.2. Support <strong>the</strong> Link 16 network management process for <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Force</strong> and Joint<br />
environments as appropriate, to include Link 16 network designs.<br />
2.4.1.3. Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing formal training programs, both<br />
short-term and long-term, for all phases <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Link 16 network management process.<br />
2.4.1.4. Ensure Link 16 network designs and management processes are implemented by<br />
existing Joint Battlespace Interoperability (JBI) interfaces and personnel.<br />
2.4.1.5. Discuss, research, and assist in <strong>the</strong> resolution <strong>of</strong> issues related to Link 16<br />
network management.
