President Betty Conrad called the meeting to order at
7:12 PM
Secretary’s Report: none
Treasurer’s Report: Pam Gave report
Request to membership to place U.S. Mail in box
on top of file cabinet.Pam reminded all trainers
and floor assistants on correct procedures when
using the change box. Leave small bills in
change box, instead of only large bills so that
everyone has access for change.

New Business:
1. Trailer - Current trailer size does not meet the
club needs for moving obedience equipment, tables and
chairs to and from workshop and trial. Bonnie Heitz
has located a Cargo Mate 7’ wide, 18’ length (14’7”
interior), 6’4” height trailer for the price of $4800, tax
and license included. The new trailer is white, , has
3/4” plywood interior, 16” center to center studs, tandem
wheels with brakes. Possible delivery after November
1st.

Old trailer to be sold for $1500 O.B.O. Interested
buyers should contact club president, Betty Conrad
2. Request - Sequoia Elementary Parents
Association has requested a puppy or beginning obedience
class as a donation item for their school auction in
February of 2010. A spirited discussion followed with
criteria established . Expiration date for the class would
be December 31, 2010.

Unfinished Business
1. Skylight Cover - One skylight cover has been
ordered. It is light gray, 90% heat block, includes one
year warranty for defects in material and workmanship.
Other skylight covers will be ordered upon receipt of
correct size.
2. Revisit: hours given to club members Discussion
at next BOD meeting regarding the method in
which club members are given vs. earn free club usage.

Possible model: Napa Valley Dog Training Club and
their coupons for earning discount training.

Acting President Judy Smith called meeting to order at
7:31 p.m.
1. Clipboards: Lee Ann – Freestyle Seminar: Sign up
to gauge interest and to specify choice of participating
or auditing.
Bonnie – Christmas party on 12/12. Sign up to help
decorate on 11/28, heavy set-up on 12/12 and clean up
after party; take down is 1/2/10. Sign up with name,
number of guests and party dish. Sheet will be left on
front table.
Karin – Agility: Volunteer sign up for trials March 6th
& 7th, 2010.
Diane – Year End Awards: Check sign up and if facts
are correct.
Irene – Birthdays: Sign up and update.
2. Minutes of Sept. Board meeting and Oct. General
Meeting approved as published.
3. Announcements and Acknowledgements:
a) Thank you to Judy Grove, Mary Millar and
Diane Davis for November’s refreshments.
b) Thank you to Carole Beeton for the information
on purchasing Yummy Chummies.
c) Introduction of Guests: Sandy: Welcome
