systems of support, time management is critical. This class takes a
unique approach in helping you understand where your time goes
and how you are spending this limited and precious resource. Prior
to this course, you will keep a time log of your day. Examine your
log and, through proven techniques, learn where you are lagging and
how to be more focused and efficient. You will leave this course with
a plan and an understanding of how to accomplish more each day.

interactive, “hands-on” course will introduce the basic tools you
need to design effective training using the components of the ADDIE
model. Discover how adults learn, how to develop materials in an
organized manner, methods and options available for delivering the
program, how to handle problematic participant behaviors, and how
to measure your training program’s success. At the conclusion of the
course, participants will put theory into practice and create their
own training outline. Textbook included.

Entrepreneurial Finance

Finance and accounting are the foundations for the success of any
business. The 21st century entrepreneur needs to learn a new kind
of accounting designed to improve outcomes, measure progress,
establish milestones and prioritize work. Class will cover finance and
accounting basics. We will delve into the knowledge and skills you
need to manage what matters: how to use financial tools to identify
the outcomes you desire and set the milestones that will reflect your
success. Participants learn how to prioritize activities by setting key
performance indicators to ensure progress. This program culminates
with the creation of a financial dashboard to measure continuing
success.
