need to design effective training using the components of the ADDIE<br />
model. Discover how adults learn, how to develop materials in an<br />
organized manner, methods and options available for delivering the<br />
program, how to handle problematic participant behaviors, and how<br />
to measure your training program’s success. At the conclusion of the<br />
course, participants will put theory into practice and create their<br />

need to manage what matters: how to use financial tools to identify<br />
