This course provides comprehensive preparation for passing all<br />

parts of the Uniform CPA Examination. The CPA Exam Preparation<br />

review course is designed to give CPA candidates tools, information,<br />

and knowledge necessary to pass the exam. It provides an overview<br />

of Auditing and Attestation (AUD), Business Environment and<br />

Concepts (BEC), Financial Accounting and Reporting (FAR) and<br />

Regulation (REG). Teaching tools and materials used in each class<br />

session are designed to give you a solid understanding of test’s format<br />

and major topics tested in each session. The course will also provide<br />

additional list of references for further knowledge of subjects covered<br />

by the Uniform CPA Exam. Please bring a laptop computer to class.<br />

You must register one week prior to class start date to receive your<br />

The purpose of the EA Examination is for Internal Revenue Service<br />

(IRS) to ensure the technical competence and ethical appreciation of<br />

persons who practice before the IRS. Enrolled agents are individuals<br />

who have demonstrated special competence in tax matters and<br />

professional ethics, and have been enrolled to practice before the<br />

IRS as taxpayers’ agent or legal representatives. Practice before IRS<br />

includes all matters connected with representation to IRS relating to<br />

client rights, privileges, and liabilities under laws or regulations administered<br />

by the IRS. Please bring a laptop computer to class. You<br />

must register one week prior to class start date to receive your study<br />
