Section 8 The Certificate holder must give notice of proposals to<br />

alter <strong>the</strong> installations at <strong>the</strong> Sports Ground to <strong>the</strong><br />

Council before work begins.<br />

Section 10 Prohibition Notices.<br />

Section 10B(1) It is <strong>the</strong> duty of every Local Authority to enforce<br />

provisions of <strong>the</strong> Act and <strong>the</strong> Regulations.<br />

Section 10B(1) It is <strong>the</strong> duty of <strong>the</strong> Council to arrange for 12 monthly<br />

inspections of designated Sports Grounds. There is a duty<br />

on Councils to comply with statutory guidance given on<br />

inspections.<br />

Section 11 Deals with <strong>the</strong> Council's inspection powers, powers to<br />

examine records, etc.,<br />

case of fire or an emergency) plus means of access to any<br />

such entrances and exists; Terms and conditions should<br />

continue to require those entrances, exists and means of<br />

access to be properly maintained and kept free from<br />

obstruction; and terms and conditions should continue to<br />

deal with <strong>the</strong> number, strength and situation of any crush<br />
