Eagle’s defeat from Wildcats
By: Dustin Scott
Edited by: Kylie Johnson
This looked like a tough game for Eagles.
We unfortunately did not have the highest
scoring player of the game but we did the best
we could. Sullivan one of the top three highest
scorers of the game had a pretty good run with
a total of 12 points. The highest scoring player
was Woods for the Wildcats with an amazing
17 points. Also for the Wildcats second highest
scoring player was Hegstrom with 12 points total.
We did well at getting those 3- point shots, a total
of 7- 3 point shots. Wildcats had 5. It seemed
that the Wildcats attacked the hoop more that
shot for 3. Eagles: Sullivan and H. Whitish both
had two, three point shots. Good Job. Wildcats:
Hegstrom had three, three point shots. We
need to attack the hoop just a little more. But
you all did your best. This is only a little dip and
next game lest bring our A game and make up
for this loss with an amazing win. Keep it up.
Team First
By: Sandra Bertelli
On February 12 th , MHB wrestling team went
to Milton for their first team sectional against
Badger. It was a very exciting and close meet.
MHB started out with a loss by 11-6, but
continued the meet with six wins in a row by
Sam Kruse, Klayton Krantz, Daylon Bowar,
Matt Blome, Tristian Luther and Quinn Faust.
Badger answered with six wins back, where
two of them were pins, and MHB made scored
a win of 7-6 in the very end by Ryan Crum.
With the result being just as many wins,
Badger had two pins, thus got more points.
The final score was 29-23, but congratulations
to MHB for wrestling in their first sectional
meet as a team. This was a team effort, as
every single team point made a difference.
